Gunnesborundan 28/8

Jag sprang rundan på ungefär 19:47:06 minuter, Jag är inte särskilt nöjd med tiden men resultatet av rundan kan beror på att jag fick stanna ganska ofta på grund av min astma. Men jag upplevde det ändå som att det gick ganska så bra. Jag kände att jag ville ge mer men kunde inte riktigt för att det blev väldigt jobbigt att andas.

Mitt mål är att få en mycket bättre tid. Kan inte säga en exakt tid men vill i alla fall få ner tiden ganska mycket.  För att uppnå det ska jag försöka springa 1 gång i veckan eller mer och minst två kilometer då. Ta lektionerna som ett bra tillfälle. Jag ska även börja på dans vilket också ger bra träning.
